Eclairs for Geeky Bakers and Stainless Steel Cookware

Thank you to everyone who responded to me about whether or not to continue posting on this blog.  It sounds like many of you still rely on this blog for updates, so I'll keep it running.  To save time, I will no longer post the ingredient list, equipment, and additional notes under the video in blog posts.  It's all in the description of the video.  If you need to find it, click the "YouTube" icon on the bottom of the video while it's playing.  This will open up the video on YouTube.  Click "Show More" below the video and you'll get all the accompanying info.
